The village boasts an excellent village school, pub and Cottonstones Church with a popular playgroup. The extensive amenities of Sowerby Bridge are within one mile and the M62 is within 15 minutes’ drive allowing speedy access to Manchester, Leeds and beyond. Sowerby Bridge has a railway station with free parking, serving Leeds and Manchester.
Gas central heating with hot water radiators. All mains services.
From Ripponden take the Halifax Road towards Sowerby Bridge and on reaching Triangle, take the left hand turn into Oak Hill directly after the Triangle Inn. Proceed uphill into Oak Lane and straight ahead into Mill Bank Road. When the road forks, bear left into Lower Mill Bank Road, proceed downhill and take the right hand turn into Nathan Lane. Church Cottage can be found half way up the lane on the right hand side.
