If you wish to apply for this property, there is a one off, non-refundable application fee. This is charged at £120.00 for one applicant or £150.00 for two applicants (including VAT). The application fee for guarantors (if required) is £48.00 (including VAT). There are no extra costs such as renewing your Tenancy Agreements.
